Zarik Boghossian, Ed.D, Executive Vice President, Engineering
Dr. Zarik Boghossian has over 25 years experience with outstanding track record in developing advanced technology solutions, technical operations, services, and establishing strategic alliances with multi-billion dollar International and North American companies. In his career, Dr. Boghossian has held various executive management and senior engineering positions in the fields of wireless telecommunications, imaging & networking systems, aerospace, real-time embedded systems, legal and compliance systems, and intelligent management systems.Prior to joining MindFireInc, Zarik was the Vice President of Engineering and Outsourcing at Integrien Corporation, where he had worldwide responsibility for Technology Groups in US and in Armenia, in developing a state of the art enterprise level software solution in the IT automation and Intelligent Management Systems industry. As an added role, Zarik was also responsible for establishing key strategic alliances with multi-billion dollar global services companies.
Prior to joining Integrien, Zarik was the Vice President of Engineering at Mitratech developing enterprise solutions for Legal, Compliance, and Security space for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Prior to Mitratech he was the Vice President of Engineering at Telemac Corporation, with worldwide operating responsibility for Telemac's Technology and Support Groups in US and UK, creating advanced technologies in the wireless telecommunication industry. Zarik also held positions as the Director of Product Development for Peerless Systems, a provider of embedded imaging and networking systems, and also served as the Flight Software Development Manager, for the mission critical Electrical Power System of the International Space Station at Boeing North America. This system has successfully been launched by NASA and is now orbiting around the earth.
Zarik holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, a MBA from Pepperdine University in Business Management, and a Doctorate degree with highest honors from Pepperdine University specializing in Organizational Leadership. Zarik's thesis is now published and entitled as "An Investigation Into the Critical Success Factors of Software Development Process, Time, and Quality.
