This year over 1300 HP Indigo customers across the Pacific Rim attended the conference. These are amazing numbers given the fact that this is only the second year for Dscoop in the region.
We had an incredible experience this year for several reasons:
- The growing need for mobile and social media marketing campaign tools to meet the emerging needs of customers across the globe
- Our growing acceptance as the market leader and our robust solution capabilities in all of the critical areas of Cross Media Marketing
- Our Master Reseller (Priority Smart Solutions) for the region has generated a great deal of interest and relationships with the leading print service providers across the region
Personalization Will Take Your QR Codes to the Next Level
By: Ramin Zamani
All of us in the industry understand the value of a personalized URL (pURL). That kind of personalization can increase the response rates of any cross media marketing campaign. Everyone likes to be spoken to personally, and pURLs help you achieve that. But now, personalization isn’t just restricted to adding a pURL to the bottom of your mail piece. Personalized QR codes give you a whole new way to bring a custom and relevant message to your prospect.
I’m sure many of you have seen and used QR codes. They’re a hot topic for a reason – they have the unique ability to seamlessly connect the offline and online experience. That connection is invaluable for any cross media marketing campaign.

By: Ramin Zamani
Marketing Services Provider. We talk about how important it is to become one all the time. Sometimes though, it’s hard to understand how to succeed in this endeavor. Obviously, it takes more than learning how to slap a personalized URL (pURL) onto a direct mail piece. There are several things you need in order to successfully transform your business and become a marketing services provider. We recently had a meeting with one of our successful clients to talk about their transformation. During our talk, they shared the three key factors that most contributed to their success: Plan, Partner, and People.
Having the (Right) Plan
Any business venture has to have a plan, one that’s backed by the organization’s senior executives. Don’t blow it off because you think progress will happen naturally; it probably won’t. A plan is what determines your course of action and gives you set goals. A plan tells everyone in your company what is expected of them, so you can all be working with a common focus. A plan also measures your achievements as you transition.
